LONDON TAXI DRIVERS CREDIT UNION AGM 2025

Members are invited to join us for our Annual General Meeting (ACM).

The AGM will take place from 1 pm — 2pm on Thursday 20^th March 2025 To be held at:

Vale Farm Sports Centre,

Watford Road,

Wembley,

HAO 3HG

The AGM covers the year 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2024 which is the credit union's financial year.

At the AGM you will:

 Hear updates on the credit union's progress during the year from the board of Directors.

 Receive a report on the financial accounts for the year

 Receive a report from the credit union's external auditors

 Consider and vote on proposed changes to the credit union's rulebook

 Elect/Re-elect directors to the credit union's board

 Approve any dividend for the year

 Approve the credit union's external audit partner for the new financial year

As well as the formal business, the meeting will also give any licence Black Cab drivers the opportunity to hear about the credit union and if you are not already a member you will have the opportunity to obtain joining information.
